Freelance Accountancy Services has been established for over 25 years and during that time has built up a reputation in providing quality, value for money services to businesses and individual clients.

From simple beginnings of completing tax returns for self employed clients we have developed into providing a full range of accounting and taxation services suited to small and medium sized businesses.

1985

 Freelance Accountancy Services opened for business in Erdington, Birmingham.

1988

Moved into office at 138 Hawthorn Road , Kingstanding, Birmingham.

1990

Took over clients of Leicester based practice following retirement 

of principal.

1996

Amalgamated with L & M Services a leading provider of 

bookkeeping services in the Birminham area.

2001

Adopted the Framework accounts production software from the US based organisation Ashton & Tate.

2002

Opened our computerized payroll service bureau.

2005

Celebrated our 20th anniversary with a range of events.

2008

Became full members of the Institute of Certified Practicing Accountants.
